Instructions:
1. Use a large skillet and place over medium heat. Add in the butter and once the butter is melted, add in the hot sauce. Then add in the shrimp and cook for 4 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through.
2. Use a separate small skillet and set over medium heat. Add in the tortillas and cook for 30 seconds or until soft. Remove and place onto a sheet of paper towels to keep warm.
3. Stack a layer of cabbage, chopped red, diced red onion, buffalo shrimp, sour cream and crumbled blue cheese.
4. Drizzle the buffalo sauce over the top. Garnish with the chopped cilantro. Serve right away.
